Our merchandise is created in partnership with Printify, a print-on-demand service. This means each item is uniquely made just for you when you order it. Due to this unique process, we have a specific return policy in place.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  1. Custom-Made Products: As all our merchandise is custom-made upon order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size, or color, or if you change your mind. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

  2. Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors: If your product arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact us at hello@weforgestudio.com within 28 days of receiving your product. To expedite the process, include a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a refund for such cases.

  3. Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a certain amount of time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

  4. Multiple Product Issues: If you encounter an issue with multiple items, please provide a photo or video showing all affected items together. This helps us to confirm the issue and resolve it efficiently.

  5. Incorrect Orders: We are not responsible for replacements or refunds if an incorrect size or colour is ordered. Please double-check your order before submitting it.

  6. Delivery Issues: In cases of unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address or other issues beyond our control, we can offer a replacement (additional charges may apply) or a partial refund.

  7. Print Placement Tolerance: For products with printed designs, please note that there is a slight tolerance in print placement. Minor variations are not considered defects.
